A: The 1st of the month.

Q: Is there a grace period for rent?
A: After the 5:00pm on the 5th of the month a late fee is charged.

Q: Can I sublet?
A: Yes, speak to a HPE manager about this option.

Q: My dog is BIG! Is that OK?
A: Yes, big dogs are allowed, please see our Pet Policy Rider.

Q: Is there are laundry facility?
A: Yes, the brand new laundry facilities are located in building #3.

Q: Is there parking available on premises?
A: Yes, you can park on the street if it is more convenient for accessing your apartment location, only during spring, summer and fall. Otherwise, you can park in one of our parking lots within the complex.

Q: Is the surrounding area safe? Is Hyde Park a good neighborhood?
A: The Hyde Park Estates is located directly next to the FDR Historic Home Site. It is a very safe & friendly neighborhood.

Q: Is there Mass Transit?
A: Yes, the Dutchess County LOOP Bus Scehdule for more details. The Poughkeepsie train station ( Metro North ) is less than 5 miles away. This train goes to Albany, or to Grand Central Terminal in NYC.

Q: What do I have to do to rent a apartment?
A: Contact us via this website or simply call us. Someone from our staff will assist you. You can download and fill out our rental application and fax it back to us. Once you are approved, the first months rent and one month security is required. Additional fee's and security required if you have a dog.
