About Hyde Park Estates

     Hyde Park Estates was originally built in 1945. The property belonged to F.D.R, hence we are across the street from his estate. The buildings were stable houses and living quarters for employees of F.D.R. Later on it was renovated into a garden style apartment complex.

     Roch Club Management Corporation took ownership of the property in 2005. Since then we have done major renovations to the exteriors, grounds, and apartments.

     Hyde Park Estates is located at 8 Springwood Circle, Hyde Park N.Y. 12538. We are off Rte.9, and 2 1/2 miles from Poughkeepsie. We are 1/2 mile from the Culinary Institute of America, 2 1/2 miles from Marist college, 10 minutes from Vassar college and 3 miles from the Poughkeepsie train station. Grocery and shopping areas are all within walking distance.

     We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Please call for current pricing. Prices may vary because some apartments have heat and hot water included. Some apartments are carpeted and some have Hardwood floors. We also have a laundry facility on our premises.

     Hyde Park Estates has an office on the grounds. We do have a manager on site and a superintendent that lives at the property.
